Our Story
It all goes back to the beginning, when I was just a young hustler with a passion for the plant and a determination to succeed. Luckily I was mentored by an electrician from an underground facility in Arizona owned by High Times, and ran by a blend of cool cats from amsterdam and contractors from my home town.
The strains gifted to me were brought to the Triangle. I was taught to chase quality above all else. The same passion that I had then, it lives on through the work I’m challenged with now, and the strains currently cultivate today. I’m super grateful to be a member of the Cannabis Community today!
Throughout Cannabis history, the green rush has brought forth an endless succession of Breeders, Consultants, and Growers who convinced themselves and their followers that to them alone were the secrets of the plant revealed…

Now days a grower is more likely concerned with how he is viewed on instagram, how many followers he or she has, or did he have the right pair of “Cool Guy” shades on for the podcast. Image is Brand, and Quantity is the new trade off for what was once Quality.
But there is a movement forming, a new era arises, heading back to the land, back to quality ,and away from just quantity. The average consumer now able to be a part time connoisseur, and the average closet grower a part time scientist. With every dispensary having a menu of quality and tastes to rival any time that has ever come before, and any country that has already done this.
The trends are set by California, gobbled up by the world, and chased by the growers and consumers alike. The question arises, What are you chasing? What is your system lacking? How can we help you achieve more? Follow us on Instagram for more tips and tricks!
As technology advanced in the early 2000’s growers found themselves online. Sites like Overgrow, and ICMag became forums for the exchange of both information and ego. Sides were taken, things were said, but through it all a small group of farmers just kept their heads down and kept growing for better or worse.
Other states medicalized and California legalized. The triangle once a hub of quality and community, had become a slush fund of overvalued schwag (Boof) . The community which thrived in a back to the land lifestyle as a whole, traded its integrity and cannabis quality for quantity, and its culture for a quick dollar, a trend that continues today in almost all aspects of cannabis marketing and sales.
The triangle tested me in ways I could never have imagined, pushing me to my limits and beyond. But through it all, I remained steadfast, true to my roots and committed to the cause. In the end, it's not about the destination, but the journey. It’s about the Flowers. It’s about the times. It can be about the money, but it’s definitely about the weed! - J.D.
